The following information will answer any
questions you may have when selecting your new home.
All information provided is subject to change with out notice. Fees: o Application fee 1 person $35.00 o 2 people $50.00 (each additional application $35.00) o Application fees are non-refundable. o All person(s) occupying the apartment 18 or older must complete an application. Reserving your apartment $100.00 reserves the apartment of your choice. o Deposit money is refunded if your application is denied. o This deposit is applied to the security deposit. o Security Deposit is equivalent to One Months Rent. o All fees must be paid with a money order or certified check. No cash is accepted!! Qualifying Criteria: On signing the application and submitting the application fee, you are giving us the right to research the information provided. Application fee is non-refundable at this time. Any false information given on the application will result in immediate disqualification. If you cancel your application, all deposits and fees are forfeited. o 1-year of verifiable rental or mortgage history. (Waived for 1st time renters) o Adequate verifiable employment history. o Income (monthly rent is equal to or less than 33% of applicant's adjusted income). o Credit history with a credit reporting agency. o Criminal background check. Your application will be reviewed and approved based on these factors. Special circumstances may be considered, please discuss with leasing agent. Once your application has been approved, you will be required to sign your apartment lease and pay all necessary deposits and fees within 48 hours or as directed by the leasing agent. Lease Terms: The standard lease at Deep Lake Apts. is twelve months. We currently offer short term leases at the following rates: Under 6 months- $50.00 additional monthly rent &$250.00 non-refundable fee. 6-11 months- $50.00 additional monthly rent. No short term lease will allowed to end in November, December, January or February. Pet Policy: 
Pets are welcome at Deep Lake Apts.. $5.00 pet rent for
pets. Breed and weight restriction do apply. Pets must be
spayed/neutered and immunized. Management reserves the right
to limit the number of pets per
apartment. All pet owners must hold a rental insurance policy.
